Mr.Harshawardhan Pansare

Our esteemed founder Mr. Harshawardhan with a farming back ground has studied B.Sc (Agri.) and has an M.B.A. (Marketing). He has got recognition from the Government of India and also from the Government of Maharashtra. He hails from agriculture family and more has a decades of experience in the field of agriculture and has potential and striven to
incorporate the latest techniques for cultivation, infrastructure, management & trade from countries like Europe, Israel & America etc.
Mr. Harshawardhan is a founder of Malshej Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. Pleasure to assisting the clients in land selection and development the farmers are always satisfied by their views & guidance.
As a result, farmers and corporates are associated with us for their new projects as well as for the expansion of the greenhouse constructed by Malshej.
These greenhouse & polyhouses are based on the most advanced construction and agriculture technology considering Indian environment and topology.

Mr.Sunil Khule
Executive Director

An academically & commercially astute agriculturist with a passion for the ideation, quality with quantity production under protective environment and value chain management of farm produce which gives better return to the farmer.
With in depth knowledge of cultivation along with project based practical knowledge of the protective cultivation, he has proven ability in agricultural implementation & modification which meet the needs of farmer economics.
He is highly motivated agriculturist with commitment to pursuing a career in agriculture after founding and executing a business for more than 10 years.
Technically proficient with sound communication & relationship management skill, being able to understand client’s requirements & deliver right solutions to drive business growth, sales & performance.
Mr. Sunil has successfully delivered more than 100’s of training sessions (and counting forward) for farmers, businessmen, officials regarding the construction and cultivation part.
Collaboration with technicians and subject matter experts, he works to identify objectives, content development, delivering methods while delivering actual training of different training programs at KVK baramati, SILC Pune, COE baramati and other occasional training proggrammes.
He time to time upgrade himself by attending meetings, conferences, training of new techniques & methods from India or Foreign practices.
